Raw Pad Thai with Zucchini Noodles



So I tried out a new recipe and the results were a great success so I thought I’d share with you. Don’t you love it when you try a new recipe and it ticks all the right boxes! Healthy, check. Quick and easy to prepare, check. Ingredients are already in the cupboard, check. Tastes amazing, check.
