I loooooove acai bowls. I make them frequently and they are forever changing. This recipe is a goody so it must be tried 🙂
Step 1: is to make the smoothie/acai berry mix. For this I used; acai berry powder, spinach, frozen blueberries, LSAC, NuZest Vanilla protein powder and a banana
Step 2: Choose your toppings! For today’s I used; chia seeds, sprouted buckwheat, granola and blueberries…. your options are endless though really! Goes great with a dollop of coconut yoghurt on it too 😉
