I can’t wait to try this recipe for Nana Mary’s Cabbage Rolls a friend of mine has passed on to me. Her Nana used to make them for her as a kid and now she makes them herself and she LOVES them. What to bring?

Bring a 7 day food diary. Record everything you eat and drink and at what time for 5 working days and 2 weekend days. Also record any planned exercise you did. If necessary bring with you your cholesterol and blood glucose test results from your doctor.
